Optim AI

A high-performance, AI-focused HTML theme built with Vite and Tailwind CSS, with immersive GSAP animations and smooth scrolling.

Optim AI template

The challenge

A template is bought by people who will change everything about it. The motion had to feel premium out of the box, and still be easy for a buyer to edit or switch off.

The approach

I built landing pages for the theme with the StaticMania team, pairing Vite and Tailwind CSS with GSAP scroll animations and smooth scrolling.

  • GSAP animations that guide the eye through each section.
  • Smooth scrolling tuned so the motion feels connected to the page.
  • Plain HTML output, so buyers can edit it without a framework.
